Know your Skills is an interactive online self-help tool that assists young people to identify their skills and suggests ways they can use these to get into work.
The Careers New Zealand tool takes young people through a series of interactive quizzes, video and audio exercises. At the end they assess themselves against 20 core skills and provide supporting evidence for their CV.
By using the tool young people will learn what skills are, why they are important and be able to identify their own skills.
