This course is designed as an introduction to working in the hospitality industry. It is considered that students are working in a simulated workplace environment. It focuses on food handling, preparation and service and develops skills in food and beverage service and customer care when waiting on tables during the Year 13 restaurant nights. Students have the opportunity to learn barista skills.
