At this level students are expected to run a Dessert Restaurant in Term 2 and a Three course Meal Restaurant in Term 3. They investigate the nutritional implications when planning a menu and strategies to address hazards when handling food in commercial kitchens. Barista also features at this level when students explore the history of coffee.
